Damaged, lost or missing goods refunds
We want you to be happy and delighted with your balloon(s). If there is a problem with your purchase we will refund your card or replace your balloon, whichever you prefer. Personalized printed balloons cannot be returned for a refund unless damaged.
If an item is missing from your order we will replace it or refund you for the cost of the missing item.
If for some reason your balloon arrives damaged and a full refund is requested, we reserve the right to request that they are mailed back to us.
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any picture with inappropriate content or language.
If a photo or language is deemed inappropriate, we will cancel the order, notify the customer of the cancellation and refund the payment.
MyBalloon cannot be held responsible for images uploaded.
You are responsible for anything you upload, please make sure you own the rights of uploaded images.
We cannot and do not monitor the content of the images you upload.
If your images infringe on someone's trademark, copyright or patent, it is your responsibility and your liability and not that of MyBalloon.
It is our goal to respond to all complaints within 2 business days and resolve complaints within 3-4 business days.
